We all want our energy bills to go down. Many blame the raising cost of energy solely on the utility companies. It's all-too-easy to blame the utility companies for the cost of energy. But...we're the consumers of the energy, if we want lower bills, inevitably, we need to consume less. It's clear, that for anyone to be interested in conserving energy, there must be little to no loss of one's personal comfort and freedom. In that vane, we'll try to explain the basic rules we believe in, in order to not waste time designing/building something that might be a so-called "energy saving device" but would take a hundred years to pay for itself. Let's state something up front...we're not a "tree huggers" who run our home off of solar collectors (and have to take cold showers)...but we do draw a line between donating money to a right-wing conservation organizations ( as "doing our part") ...and actually trying to do meaningful things around our own home to reduce the use of the world around us. OK, let's start with the top 5 things that use energy in your home.
Some basic rules for energy saving devices... Water reclamation system for Residential homes. Fuel Cell...Getting off the power grid.
